«Kefali-Village» is a complex of two recently renovated old buildings, at least 100 years old. The construction is made of natural materials, stone - wood (energy area) and has been fully renovated with lust and respect for tradition, nature and the history of Atsipades village. It is divided into three (3) separate apartments, "Fabrica" , "Katoi" and "Athena - Dimitri' which can accommodate a total of 12 to 14 people. There is a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and each apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, a shared private pool and WiFi - internet in all areas.
Atsipades village belongs to the municipality of Agios Vasilios the Regional Unity of Rethymnon in Crete, just 23 km from Rethymnon and is characterized by kind and peaceful residents as well as the Cretan hospitality. The climate is so relaxing that you can feel it immediately, with only a few hours of sleep. The water comes from a natural source and is refreshing, tonic and digestive.
The largest apartment, of 100 sq.m., is called "Fabrica" and was an old stone olive press. As you enter the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room with a sofa –convertible to a bed- a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom / WC with a washing machine. An interior iron staircase leads to the attic where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and they share a shower / WC.
Next to "Fabrica", is the apartment called "Katoi", which is built on rocks and has an area of 60 sq.m. It offers a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower / WC with jacuzzi.
Above "Katoi" is the third apartment of 75 sq.m. called "Athena - Dimitri". It has two bedrooms, of which one has two single beds and the other one a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen - dining room with a sofa convertible to a bed that can comfortably accommodate one more visitor and a luxurious marble bathroom / WC.
The exterior area is a paradise on Earth of 800 sq.m. It is paved with natural rocks, fenced -providing total privacy- and gives panoramic views across Agios Vasilios province. The many trees such as carobs and oaks, which are at least 100 years old, come in perfect harmony with the natural landscape. In the eastern point is the pool area of 35 sq.m. and a depth of 1,5 m and a four -seat Jacuzzi for special delight !!! Furthermore, it features a barbecue area, an oven using wood, tables and chairs as well as sunbeds in different areas for individual or group tan or rest. WiFi- internet is provided all over the area.
